French Club

MVHS French Club is an inclusive club for any student at Vista who wants to get involved outside of the classroom to network with students of all grade levels and have fun together à la française! We are partnered with French National Honors Society and work closely with them to increase awareness of the French language at MVHS!

Ages

Any currently enrolled MVHS student grades 9-12.

When

Our club begins with registration at the beginning of September and runs until FNHS induction and officer elections in April.

Where

Madame Nesmith's Room U412

Meetings

We meet during the first three Monday afternoons from 3:00pm- 3:30pm, sometimes later.

Competitions

Club Shirts

Club shirts are included in your 30$ registration fee.

Help with fees

If you have extenuating circumstances and cannot afford the entry fee, you may pay 20$ and not get the club shirt. If that fee doesn't work, then you may talk with Mr. Ames about the potential for the club to cover your fee.

Do I need to be enrolled in a French class at MVHS?

While we encourage all members to be enrolled in a French course at MVHS, it is not a requirement for the French Club.
