Incoming freshman for the 25/26 school year

When

Tryouts and practices starts August 11 2025.

Where

Practices are typically held at MVHS turf.

Practices

Monday - Friday 5:30 for an hour to hour and a half.

Games

Max of 15 game to be played across the metro region. Mostly during the week sometimes on Saturday.

Jerseys

Jerseys are provided, shorts are purchased separately?

Extra Costs

Program fees for the season are collected the first week after tryouts.

Summer Camps for Flag Football.

Tuesday thru Thursday 8-9:30am June 17,18,19.

Drop in's start 24 June 8-9:30 am every week on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

No drop ins the week of July 7th.
